- Colby Millsaps' second book, "Doors", is just as outstanding as her debut novel "Crossing Lines". Millsaps takes you on an ever evolving journey of self discovery with Colt, from her dark beginning as the victim of abuse through her discovery of judt how loveable she truly was when Fate brings the Ventrilla Family to her. I loved the way Millsaps shows the reader how Colt eventually blossoms under the care of the Ventrilla Family. Meeting Rainer Ventrilla just sealed the book for me! Luv, Luv, Luv'd this story! I highly recommend this book!
- This book truly takes you on an journey. The way Millsaps writes allows you to be a part of the journey to self discovery Colt Jefferson takes. This book does a great job at showing a side of life we often try to avoid - abuse and neglect. While there are moments of complete heartbreak, there are so many uplifting, powerful moments that make your heart jump out of your chest, put a smile on your face, or cause you to laugh! This books takes you to a different world. The writing makes you truly feel the emotion of what is taking place in the story. 10/10 Novel, must read! Highly recommend! If you want a book that inspires and makes you feel, this is the book for you!
